Minimum Stay
Effective for 2009, there is a 2-night minimum stay for the off season and a 3-night minimum stay for the peak season.
Seasons
Rates are seasonal. Peak seasons are summer and fall, from May to November, as well as the December holiday. Off season is the rest of December through April.
Rental Rates
Rates in the off season start out at $200.00 per night based on double occupancy. Rates during the peak season begin at $250.00 per night based on double occupancy. For each additional guest an additional $25 per night will be charged.

Vacation Rental Agreement
